Dehydrated (Dried) Strawberries

South Carolina strawberry season is something special, and we do everything we can to bottle it up. We source our strawberries as locally as possible, buying from nearby growers right here in the Carolinas whenever they're in season, so the berries reach our kitchen fresh and full of flavor.

Every berry is picked at the peak of ripeness, red all the way through, sweet, juicy and fragrant. In our kitchen, each strawberry is hulled and sliced by hand so every slice dries evenly into a light, crisp, intensely flavorful bite that tastes like a sun-warmed berry straight from the field.

They're wonderful by the handful, sprinkled over yogurt, pancakes or ice cream, or blended into smoothies for a burst of real strawberry flavor all year long.
