Dehydrated (Dried) Blueberries

Tiny, mighty and bursting with flavor. Blueberries thrive across the Carolinas, so we source ours as locally as possible, buying from nearby growers whenever the berries are in season.

We only use berries picked at the peak of ripeness, deep blue with a dusty bloom, plump and sweet with just the right amount of tang. Each batch is carefully sorted, and larger berries are halved by hand so every piece dries evenly into a chewy little jewel of concentrated blueberry flavor.

Sprinkle them over cereal and yogurt, fold them into muffin and pancake batter, or mix them into your favorite trail mix.
