Dehydrated (Dried) Pineapple

Sweet, tangy and a little bit tropical, our dried pineapple is a vacation you can keep in your pantry.

We select pineapples at the peak of ripeness, golden, fragrant at the base and full of juice, because pineapples don't get any sweeter once they're picked. In our kitchen, each one is peeled, cored and sliced by hand into even rings and chunks, then slowly dried until that bright sweet-tart flavor is wonderfully concentrated and the texture is perfectly chewy.

Enjoy it straight from the bag, chop it into trail mix, or add it to stir-fries, salsas and baked goods for a sunny pop of flavor.
