Dehydrated (Dried) Peaches

Few things say "South Carolina summer" like a ripe peach. We source our peaches as close to home as possible, buying from local Carolina orchards whenever the season allows, because a peach that hasn't traveled far simply tastes better.

We wait for each peach to reach the peak of ripeness: fragrant, blushing and sweet enough to drip down your wrist. Then every one is pitted and sliced by hand in our kitchen. Careful hand-slicing keeps each piece an even thickness, so it dries into a tender, chewy slice with all the honeyed flavor of a summer afternoon.

Enjoy them as a snack, chop them over oatmeal or cottage cheese, or tuck them into a cheese board. It's peach season whenever you open the bag.
