Dehydrated (Dried) Kiwi

Bright green, beautifully patterned and refreshingly tangy, our dried kiwi is as pretty as it is delicious.

We choose kiwis at the peak of ripeness, when they give gently to the touch and the flavor has turned from sharp to sweet-tart. Each kiwi is peeled and sliced by hand into even rounds that show off that signature starburst of tiny seeds. Slow drying locks in the vivid color and turns every slice into a chewy, tangy bite.

Snack on them solo, add them to trail mix, or use them to decorate cakes, yogurt bowls and smoothie bowls.

Allergen-friendly kitchen: All of our fruit is produced in a spotless kitchen with no gluten, nut, dairy or soy ingredients present in the kitchen at all.
